Big dog forced to share bed with tiny furry friend

A big dog like an Alaskan Malamute usually gets its own way, except when faced with an even more fearsome adversary: a comfortable cat…

Cat doesn’t want to share bed, big dog says “ok”

In a video that’s gone viral, a big dog comes over to her bed for a little snooze, only to find someone else in there. A little cat has curled up right in the middle! Instead of growling, pushing the cat off, or even simply going elsewhere, the big dog snuggles up next to him. Sure, it’s a little tight, but she doesn’t want to wake the cat so she perches on the edge of the bed. It doesn’t look comfortable, but gets maximum cute points.

Meet the Chamjangles family!

Chamonix is an Alaskan Malamute who has a strong following on social media. But it’s not just due to her resemblance to certain big dogs from Game of Thrones, Chamonix also shares a home with her best friends Heidi and Mr. Bojangles. Heidi is another Alaskan Malamute, while “Bobo” is a cat. Together, they make up the Chamjangles pack.

Before you worry about cats and dogs fighting like, well, cats and dogs, Mr. Bojangles is not your average kitty. He loves hanging out with his big dog mates. In fact, he sort of thinks he is one.

Big dogs and cat are the best pack

Melissa DeVisser, the human who the Chamjangles have chosen to hang out with, and who is their Public Relations agent, explained to The Dodo. “Mr. Bojangles was found as a stray kitten and Chamonix raised him so now he pretty much believes he’s a dog, […]They love to snuggle together on the dog beds, wrestle and go for hikes together,”

If you’re looking for some social media distraction, have a look at the Chamjangles Instagram page for photos of the three inseparable friends hanging out, dressing up, watching their humans get married, and generally living their best lives.
