In just a few days, a little dog with a very unusual look has become a sensation on TikTok.

It all started with a video posted by her owner, Yvonne Sjoberg, who lives in the Metro Manila region of the Philippines. In it, we meet four-year-old Lu, with her piercing blue eyes and a coat as thick as a little Husky's. The clip, posted on TikTok, quickly went viral, racking up over 5.9 million views in just a few days. The public was captivated by this relatively unknown crossbreed.

Yvonne explains that she and her partner discovered the Pomsky by chance while searching for a dog online. They were won over by the unique look of this hybrid breed and eventually adopted Lu from a specialist breeder. But they never imagined their little dog would become a viral sensation.

A gentle and surprisingly well-behaved dog

Beyond her looks, it's her personality that has won people over. Yvonne describes Lu as a "very gentle" dog who loves cuddles and is friendly with everyone, both people and other dogs. She even considers her "the ideal family dog" because she is so gentle with children.

An emotionally intelligent companion

Some of her habits have also surprised internet users, like her tendency to go to the bathroom when she feels unwell. But what touches her owners the most is her incredible emotional sensitivity. "When someone is crying, she'll come over and stay with them until they feel better," says Yvonne.

Today, Lu continues to charm social media with her heartwarming videos. It's a newfound fame that her owners are delighted about: "She really is our little girl. We're so happy that the world can get to know her too."
