Nothing is too good when it comes to providing comfort for an elderly dog. Ashley Pelkoski, a fashion designer, decided to redesign her flat into a proper cosy haven for Wrigley, her old Pitbull.
As reported by The Dodo, the dog can lounge in a large, plush bed next to her white corner sofa.
Giving the best to her poorly dog
Two other beds have also been placed around the flat. One sits in front of the windows, allowing the dog to sunbathe when the weather's nice.
It was important for Ashley to redesign her home because her rescue dog recently had a leg amputated after being diagnosed with bone cancer.
That's when her owner decided to carpet the entire flat to ensure better safety for her.
A giant bed for a special girl
In the bedroom, Wrigley has a gigantic bed. "Wrigley slept in my bed for the past five years, and after her amputation, it was no longer safe for her to sleep there. So I had to find a solution that was just as comfortable and practical," Pelkoski explains.
