Do you remember this scene in the famous Disney movie Lady and the Tramp when Lady arrives in her new home as a puppy and, like many puppies, has to spend her first night alone in her room?
Lady is an adorable and cute puppy and you must have felt bad watching her cry as she learns to be alone. Well, this little Dachshund was actually very concerned for Lady… It’s so heartwarming!
A concerned Dachshund
Despite its small size, the Dachshund is known for its courage, and is definitely not afraid of bigger dogs (pretty much all of them are bigger than Dachshund). Some can be aggressive towards strangers and other dogs, but generally, Dachshunds are loyal companions and excellent watchdogs.
And this little guy on the video is definitely not aggressive towards other dogs; on the contrary, he’s actually really concerned about Lady when she starts to cry.
Adorable reaction
In the adorable video, the Dachshund owner is watching Lady and the Tramp. It’s the beginning of the movie and we see Lady as a puppy. But, like many dog owners, they need to make the difficult decision to have their new dog sleep in a separate room to teach them how to be alone and avoid separation anxiety.
Lady is, of course, so scared, like any puppy would be, and starts to cry. The Dachshund is so concerned about her cries that he puts his two paws up on the table and tries to find Lady to probably reassure her. How adorable!
