Transform your pet into a work of art!
Give it a try!

The danger of snow globes

However, food is not the only danger to pets at this time of year. Indeed, your Christmas decorations could also be putting them at risk. And one of them especially so.

Indeed, if you have snow globes at home, make sure you keep them well out of reach from your dog and/or cat. Snow globes contain the same kind of toxic ingredient as antifreeze does – ethylene glycol. If ingested, this chemical can make your pet very sick, and depending on how long you leave them without treatment, it can even be fatal.

Other dangerous Christmas decorations

Just to be safe, keep any snow globes in a place you are sure your dog or cat won’t be able to reach them and knock them over. And remember, electric lights, tinsel, and baubles can also cause serious injuries.

Keep a close eye on your pets this Christmas and you are sure to enjoy the festivities together!
