Berkeley lives with his owner, Justin Jones, in Utah, USA. One afternoon, Jones came home to find his living room in chaos.
The remains of a once-healthy houseplant were scattered across the carpet, with soil strewn everywhere.
Acting sheepish
At the centre of all the mess lay Berkeley, sheepish, guilty, and wearing the plant pot on his head like a crown of shame.
“What did you do, Berk? What did you do?” Jones can be heard asking in the now-viral clip. “You’re a monster.” Jones later explained: “He knocked the tree over and chewed it to shreds. It took about an hour or two to get all of that dirt up.”
Social media star
Amused by the dog’s antics, Jones decided to share his everyday disasters with the world. Soon after, he launched the ‘Naughty Berkeley’ Instagram account, which now follows the dog’s daily run-ins with gutters, pillows, shoes and snow.
It seems Berkeley’s reign of mischief is only just beginning and fans can’t get enough.
