Despite having a TikTok account without tens of thousands of followers, a young woman named Delfina Quiroga saw her view count explode thanks to a video full of innocence.
Overcome by a deep feeling of sadness, without the reason being explained, she decided to step outside her home for a few moments to shed some tears in peace.
But whilst the sombre atmosphere of the night wasn't exactly ideal for lifting her spirits, the young woman was about to receive unexpected support that would radically change her mood.
A street dog appears to comfort her
Whilst Delfina was crying discreetly, she had been spotted by a little soul who was clearly very empathetic. Appearing from nowhere, a little dog turned up and began giving her comforting licks on her face.
Forgetting her tears within seconds, Delfina couldn't resist the urge to share this moment that she'd been lucky enough to film. More than 2 million internet users were touched by these tender images. In the numerous comments, viewers begged the young woman to adopt this seemingly stray dog.
After searching the neighbourhood, however, Delfina discovered that the dog had an owner and fortunately wasn't fending for herself. In the meantime, she now has a new friend she can count on when she's feeling down!
