The scene took place a couple of years ago. A police horse was patrolling in New York City, when suddenly, a dog owner walked by with her French Bulldog.
And what the Frenchie did next left everyone stunned.

Instead of walking right past the horse as some might have expected, the dog became instantly fascinated with the huge animal.
At first, she seemed a little hesitant – after all, that horse was quite a bit bigger than her. But once she got a good sniff of the horse, she realised it was a friend and not a foe.
An unlikely friendship
In her excitement at having met a new playmate, the Frenchie started jumping up and down, and bouncing around in circles. It seemed almost as though she was saying, “Come on, let’s play!”
During this whole time, the horse stays very calm. Police horses are trained to remain stoic regardless of the situation and distractions. Perhaps the horse wanted to play, too, but if that was the case, he didn’t show it.
Of course, the adorable scene gathered people in the streets, who formed a crowd around the pair. It’s not every day you see such different animals interacting together!
