Penny has come to Last Chance with her mum Connie. She is a lively girl who just wants to make friends with everyone she meets. Penny is a little angel who would make a perfect addition to a family but needs a home where she will get training and socialising and plenty of exercise. Penny is a very active and bouncy girl who needs a home that matches her energy.
