Louie has found himself at Last Chance due to no fault of his own. He is a very nervous but loving boy who would need to be the only pet in the property. Louie has lived with older children before and could do so again. He is a very shy boy who is just looking for an active, quiet home where he can get the exercise he needs and be given time to come out of his shell.
