Some people don't think owners should be allowed to take their canine companions to shops and eateries and are more than happy to make their opinions known.
Despite this, the owners of Siete Razones Café were surprised to receive a complaint from a customer about a Weimaraner dog visiting the café with his owner.
Customer complaint
The dog wasn't doing anything wrong; he was sitting quietly on the terrace, but the woman didn't think the dog should be allowed in the café.
Presumably, the woman thought the café owner would agree and ask the customer and his dog to leave. However, the café owner had a very different reaction to the woman’s complaint.
Dogs welcome
What the woman hadn’t counted on was that the dog and his owner, Angel, had been regular customers of the café for over two years. Both were considered valued customers.
So, rather than making the dog stay outside, the café owner put up a sign saying “Pet Friendly” to indicate that dogs are very welcome inside the café.
Angel took to Facebook to share his experience, with many dog owners saying they wished more businesses were like this café. After all, if a dog is well-behaved, what’s the problem?
