Daniel Totos from Australia was being filmed as he was opening one of his presents from his wife, Ashley.
It was Daniel’s 25th birthday, and as he opened the Apple watch box, he was confused to find not a watch in the box but a dog collar.
Pawfect surprise
In the heart-warming clip that has already been liked 960.7k times, Daniel can be seen taking the collar out of the box and looking at it for a moment. It then dawns on him that he’s not getting a fancy watch after all, but something much more exciting.
His wife then walks in with a furry bundle in her arms. In a moment that will give you goosebumps, Daniel buries his head in his hands and begins sobbing with joy. As he sits back down, Ashley presents him with his new pawfect pal Monty, a German Shepherd puppy, who is put onto Daniel’s lap, and he can’t help but cry.
Part of the family
Daniel’s previous dog died five years ago and Daniel longed for a pup in his life, which made Monty’s arrival even more special. Ashley has since posted more photos and clips of Monty and it looks like the pup has settled in well with his new family.
