Macy is only a few months old and is still learning the house rules. On 23rd August, Tay came home to a sight that melted her heart – and the hearts of viewers online.
The video shows the pup sitting in the garden, motionless and alert, staring at the back door of the house. As her owner explains, Macy had simply... forgotten which door her owner uses to come inside.
A loving wait
For a moment, it looks as though the puppy is waiting for that wonderful moment of reunion. When Macy's tail starts wagging slightly, viewers can sense something special is about to happen.
And indeed – Tay calls out to her Golden Retriever. The pup immediately turns her head, spots her owner on the other side of the garden and races towards her at full speed to greet her beloved human.
