The video quickly gained attention, revealing that the person responsible advertised herself as a pet sitter. The dog had reportedly been seen on the balcony several times, previously hidden under a tarpaulin.
Following numerous complaints, police intervened twice to secure the dog's release. Comments on the video confirmed the dog was now safe and in good health, though stressed by the ordeal. The pet's owner was unaware of the mistreatment.
Let's just hope this person who calls themselves a dog sitter will face appropriate consequences for her actions.
