Walkie time or bathtime? Which does your dog prefer? This is one of those questions commonly referred to as a no-brainer.
Getting scrubbed by Mum, then standing there while she takes 'cute' photos of you looking like a half-drowned rat? Or chasing squirrels at the park?
A dog who doesn't like walks?!?
It's walkies every time, especially if you're a high-energy, working dog breed. Like, say, a Husky
Then again, you haven't met Zeus yet. He's a seven-year-old Husky who is a little 'different.' You could even call him an oddball. A lovable oddball, definitely, but still an oddball.
Because when his mum said it was time for a morning walk, Zeus just wasn't in the mood. He fancied a bit of pampering instead.
So Zeus jumped into an empty bathtub, laid down flat, and began 'sharing his thoughts' with Mum. Anyone who knows Husky will understand what sharing his thoughts means.
In Husky language, that translates to howling your head off until you get exactly what you want.
Zeus does what he wants
Zeus's owner shared her fur baby's temper tantrum on the social media video platform Rumble. It's one of those moments that every pooch parent 'gets.'
Your dog is doing what they want, when they want, and nothing you can say will change its mind. And they've somehow managed to make 'naughty' behaviour look like super-cute behaviour.
These pups really know how to work their humans' feelings.
"Zeus lives his life on his own terms and does not like being told what to do," posted his owner. "So when it comes time for his morning run, and he's not ready to run, he bunkers down on his bed and howls in protest! This extremely stubborn Husky is on another one of his vocal rants. He's acting like a spoiled toddler!"
Only dogs can get away with this.
