Introducing Fritz, our scruffy little firecracker! 🔥 He may be small in size but he is big on personality and he’s on the lookout for a new place to call home 🏡
One year old Fritz was found on the streets of Romania earlier this year and had a short stay in our shelter based in Curtea De Arges before travelling over to the UK 🚌
He currently enjoys the comfort of home life but is proving to be just a little too much in his present environment 🌪️ It is felt he would be more comfortable in quieter surroundings 🧘🌳
Fritz is a little selective when it comes to choosing his friends - whether they are of the human or animal variety! He‘s generally more of a ladies man and his choice of doggy friends varies depending on their size and temperament 🐶
He is a pretty good house mate though being both house and crate trained and having completed a basic dog training program ⭐ He isn’t destructive in the home either 😇 He also enjoys playing with toys and nothing more than a cuddle with his favourite person 🥰
He is rather particular about his personal space and can be suspicious of visitors Slow and calm introductions are the way to win him around! And perhaps a treat or two, he is partial to those and very gentle 💙
Fritz would like to be top dog in his new home so no doggy companions or cats please 🐶🐱Although he has been known to befriend visiting foxes and hedgehogs in his current home 🦊🦔
Fritz would also prefer a calm adult only home although dog savvy teenagers who understand his boundaries could also make the grade! 👩🏻🧑🏼
Fritz accepts a lead and harness and enjoys his walks A quieter, more peaceful environment is very much his scene, outdoor stimuli can be overwhelming for him at times 🐕
He travels well and is always up for a trip in the car! 🚗
