Meet Shuri – The Affectionate and Clever Pup Looking for Her Forever Home!

⭐️ADOPTIVE HOME WANTED⭐️

🐶Name: Shuri
📍Location: Glasgow
💖Gender: Female
⏰Age: 8 months old
📏Size: Medium sized
🏠Home requirements: Could live with another compatible dog of the same size and a calm temperament, but needs a small furry and child free home.

❤️Shuri is a beautiful, medium-sized dog weighing 16.4kg and just 8 months old. She is bursting with affection and loves nothing more than spending time with her people. Her excitement is contagious – from wagging her little butt to offering joyful ear kisses, she’s a bundle of love waiting to brighten someone’s life.

💛Curious by nature, Shuri loves exploring the world around her. Whether peeking out the window or sniffing every corner of the garden, she is always eager to investigate new sights and smells. Her intelligence shines through in everything she does – she learns incredibly quickly and already knows a host of tricks including sit, paw, lie down, roll over, “middle”, and quiet. Shuri is highly food motivated, with a particular fondness for chicken and cheese, which makes training her an absolute joy.

🧡Shuri would thrive in a calm, child-free home without small furries. She could live with another similar-sized dog with a gentle temperament, provided introductions are done slowly. While she travels well, she can feel a little queasy in the car, so a blanket will help keep her comfortable. She is fully toilet trained, lead trained (though she can be a bit of a puller!), and loves to show off her clever tricks.

💚Shuri does have some quirks – she’s frightened of crates and may show fear-based aggression if forced into them. She can also be sensitive about certain areas being touched and may resource guard, occasionally leading to a small nip. Patience, understanding, and positive reinforcement will help her continue to grow into a confident and loving companion.

💙This bright, affectionate, and loyal pup is ready to bring endless joy to the right home. If you’re looking for a clever little dog who will love you with all her heart, Shuri might just be the perfect match!

🩺Shuri is a healthy girl, she is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, flea & wormed and brucellosis tested.

💜Could Shuri be your new best friend?

🚗 For travel, we ask fosterers and adopters who are interested in UK-based dogs to assist with transport by meeting part way. Due to this, UK dogs have a reduced fee, and fosterers are offered fuel reimbursement. Transport can be arranged if necessary, but this will be at the adopter's expense.
