❤️Meet Arlene, an 8-month-old bundle of quiet charm who is looking for her forever home. Arlene is a gentle soul, rarely barking, even when there's a knock at the door or people passing by. She thrives in calm indoor environments and enjoys peaceful moments with her favourite teddies and chew toys.

🧡Arlene is toilet and crate trained, and she’s picked up commands like sit, paw, bed, here, and come—especially during walks. While she can be anxious in new environments, she’s gradually gaining confidence and adapting to new experiences. On walks, Arlene is generally well-mannered, occasionally pulling on the lead but never reacting negatively to strangers.

💛She’s not particularly food-motivated and eats at her own pace, making mealtimes stress-free. Arlene travels well and appreciates having her own private garden to explore. She loves the company of friendly dogs but is still learning social cues and boundaries. Because she chases cats, a feline-free household is a must.

💚Arlene can live with older, dog-savvy children, provided she has a child-free space to retreat to when feeling overwhelmed. Loud and sudden noises can startle her, but with patience and reassurance, she continues to grow braver every day.

🩺Arlene is a healthy girl. She is fully vaccinated, microchipped, flea & wormed and brucellosis tested.

🚗 For travel, we ask fosterers and adopters who are interested in UK-based dogs to assist with transport by meeting part way. Due to this, UK dogs have a reduced fee, and fosterers are offered fuel reimbursement. Transport can be arranged if necessary, but this will be at the adopter's expense.
