I am Trini, a 9 month old female Cross-Breed and I am looking for a home. I was abandoned in a cardboard in front of a pound in Northern Spain, but had the luck to be growing happily ,safe, secure, cared for and loved in a foster home in Spain.
Trini currently weighs is about 23kg. We obviously do not know anything about her parents (breed or size) but she is a medium sized dog. We are looking for an active family or person, who is committed with the decision of adopting a puppy and with everything that this implies. A puppy needs to be educated and socialized, which is why we only consider a dog experienced home who knows how to manage the education, training and socialization of a puppy and also has the time and patient for this. We are looking for an adult only home or a home without young children (11+), as we want dogs who require more time like Trini to be the priority.
Trini is very social with other dogs. All her life she has been around other dogs, also at the beginning she can be uncertain towards unknown dogs and bark at them, but as soon as she realizes that there is nothing to worry about she relaxes and enjoys to play and run with them. She is currently living with 3 other dogs and loves to play ans spend time with them. That's why we are looking for a home who already has a playful and friendly dog at home and from who she might be able to learn.
Trini is housetrained, walks quite well on the lead when she gets into it and is also well behaved at home. You just have to be careful with shoes, as she likes to chew them. With unknown people she is at the beginning a little bit shy and distrustful, but as soon as she gains trust she is super affectionate. She loves to the company of her humans, to receive cuddles and that you rub her belly. Her favorite toys are balls. She doesn't like anything more than that you throw a ball, so she can run to catch it. She could be doing that probably 24 hours a day. She also likes water and to swim. Epecially if you throw a stick and she has to get into the river to get it.
Trini is friendly and sociable with people and other dogs, but is still in the development phase, so her future family need to be patient and understanding with her, to help her learn boundaries, manners, and to continue her socialization process. She is a young, active girl who is full of joy. Therefore she is looking for a home who also enjoys outdoor activities and has an active lifestyle. She will require an adopter who is can give her the daily exercise and attention that a dog like her requires to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Trini has already packed her bags and cannot wait to travel and discover her new home in Wales or England (NOT Scotland) as soon as the right family or person comes forward. If you want to spend the next 10-15 years with this gorgeous girl and have the time, love, stability and the commitment that her upbringing requires, please don't hesitate and get in touch with us and tell us about you, your home environment, lifestyle and experience. We are looking forward to hear from you.
