Yutthaphum Kaewekhem, known to his friends as Boom, had enjoyed a night of revelry that began with a pub crawl and ended with a hearty meal. His friends, eager to capture the night's antics, had filmed every moment for posterity.
Surprise!
As the evening wound down, Boom made a beeline for a waiting taxi. Along the way, he noticed a stray dog sitting on the pavement outside the restaurant, presumably hoping for some leftovers. In a moment of drunken spontaneity, Boom decided to take the dog home. His friends captured the amusing scene on camera, documenting Boom’s decision to lift the dog into the cab and drive off into the night.
The next morning, still reeling from his hangover, Boom’s friend recorded his reaction upon discovering the dog in his apartment. The footage showed Boom staring in disbelief at the unexpected guest, clearly confused about the stray's presence.
Remember this?
To help Boom recall the events of the previous night, his friend played back the video. Realising that the dog was not connected to the restaurant, as he had initially assumed, Boom felt embarrassed. He returned the dog to the restaurant owners, apologising profusely. However, the owners clarified that the dog was a regular stray, known for hanging around and begging for scraps.
Despite the initial mix-up, Boom had grown fond of the dog. Deciding to keep it, he and his new furry friend have since become inseparable.
