Esther is a professional classical violinist from France. She tries to practice her music each day, but her foster kitten Rémila isn’t quite so keen.
Rémila loves nothing more than cuddling in Esther's lap, but Esther can't always sit down to play. When she would try to put Rémila down on her own, Rémila would get upset and cry.
Foster kitten
Rémila came to live with foster mum Esther after her owners abandoned her. The kitten weighed less than 400 grams and suffered from breathing problems from living on the streets. But she soon settled into her temporary home with Esther and has become her little furry shadow and refuses to be left alone.
Esther realised she needed to come up with a way that would allow her to practice while still keeping the kitten close to her. She needed something that the kitten could sit in safely while she played.
Cat in the bag
She found the perfect solution, a bum bag! The little pouch around her waist means that Rémila can snuggle in close to Esther while Esther doesn't have to miss out on any practice time. Rémila is happy to sit for an hour in the bag, staring up adorably at Esther as she plays.
There is one problem, though. While Esther enjoys practising her music with her feline friend close by, she does find it distracting to look down and see how adorable and cosy Rémila looks in her little sleeping bag!
