Maldwyn the dog lives in the idyllic South Wales countryside with his owner, Helen Morrey.
The energetic Lurcher, who’s thought to be a cross between a Saluki, a Greyhound and a Whippet, was on a walk with his doggy pals in Merthyr Mawr in Bridgend when the trio approached a seemingly insurmountable obstacle: a cattle gate.
Can't go under it, can't go through it...
The video shows the pups all slow to a halt and look to one another as if for guidance.
Maldwyn, or Mo, as he's known, watches his pal attempt to slide under the fence, but one call from his owner is enough of an incentive, and Mo takes a very slight run up and seemingly flies over the fence, complete with spinning propeller tail!
An Instagram sensation
The hilarious video has become something of a hit after its owner, Helen, posted it on her Instagram page. The video currently has almost 20,000 views.
Helen’s Instagram page is full of adorable pictures of her three pups taking walks in the Welsh countryside, just the tonic for those of us dreaming about long country walks when lockdown is over.
According to her posts, Maldwyn was a rescue dog originally named Strom. The energetic pup is a bit of a handful, but as we can all see, absolutely full of fun.
