This is certainly the case for Lenka, a two-year-old Czech Shepherd cross. Her owner describes her as "enthusiastic" ever since she was a puppy. The dog has so much energy that her barking and general behaviour can leave guests feeling scared or uncomfortable.

And according to Lenka's owner, this simple sign has helped to regulate her pet's emotions. Now, visitors are greeted by a dog sitting quietly. Her owners say it has "cured her outdoor reactivity and her craziness".
