In early October, the phone rang at the Kirkland Foundation based in Clovis, California, to help a distressed woman.
Joey, a rescuer from the organisation, went to the scene to lend a hand and save two kittens in the process. The felines had been playing in the loft and fell through a hole.
Breaking the wall to save the kittens
That's how the two kittens ended up trapped inside the bathroom wall. The only way to get them out was to break through the wall. After several minutes, both cats were successfully rescued. Fortunately, the two felines were in good health.
A happy ending for the rescued pair
Today, the kittens are thriving and should soon be available for adoption.
