Laney, a small and very cute little dog found living in the desert near Palm Springs, was adopted by Mary Ransom in 2020 after a chance encounter and an emotional meeting in a rainy car park.
Not long after joining Ransom's family, Laney revealed her hidden talent when she enthusiastically joined in as her new mum sang Happy Birthday.

Spotting her pup's passion for performing, Ransom began creating annual Christmas video cards featuring the pair dressed in festive attire, harmonising to bring cheer to loved ones.
"Laney takes it very seriously and loves singing with her mama," Ransom shared. "After every video, she zooms around the house with the biggest smile."
