A warning to future customers

The dog sitter's website may have advertised Jessica as "a passionate doggy lover. With over 15 years experience", but it seems owners were shocked by her behaviour.

"Avoid this woman at all costs, I'm telling you now", wrote one angry owner. "She nearly burnt my house down with my dog inside", he explained, as he shared pictures of blackened flooring and burnt carpets.

Additional claims included items in the home being damaged and broken, complaints from neighbours and dogs being lost on walks.

Heartbreakingly, a dog named Dixie reportedly died after being let loose on a dog walk. She was later seen running along the A3, and her body was found 24 hours later.

A friend of the family shared the tragic tale. "I've just spent the saddest of evenings with the distraught owners of Dixie. They trusted Jess Fletcher to walk their dog and she neglected to cater for her needs", she wrote.

Uninsured and unqualified

Outraged owners do not believe the dog sitter is insured or qualified, despite claiming to be an experienced trainer.

At present, it seems her website is unavailable.
