Mama Dog first arrived at Sarah Ransom's farm as a stray. Malnourished and terrified, she was also heavily pregnant.
She quickly proved to be the sweetest girl, making friends with many of the animals who live on the farm.
Making friends
From dogs, to goats, to cows who like to lick her ears, it seems Mama Dog can make friends with just about anyone she meets. But her closest friendship is perhaps the most unexpected of all.
Ellie is a tiny fawn dog, who first made an appearance on Sarah's TikTok account some weeks ago. Captured feeding from a bottle, it's thought that perhaps she was abandoned by her mother.
Bonded besties
In a clip shared to TikTok, Sarah captures the adorable interaction between these two besties.
Mama Dog is so gentle and patient with the fawn, who clearly loves being near her new friend.
Now viewed over 200,000 times, the video has captured the hearts of animal lovers around the world. "This is the best thing I've seen all year", commented one adoring fan.
She may not have a mother of her own, but little Ellie has most certainly found her place at the farm, surrounded by all the love and companionship of the animals and people that share her home.
