Paloma shows her sandwich to Ollie and says he can have some, but he must only take a small bite, not eat the whole thing. She then takes a bite to show Ollie what she means. After she takes her bite, she gives the sandwich to Ollie, reminding him to be gentle.
While most dogs would have simply gobbled up the whole sandwich, Ollie took a more gentle approach. He awkwardly takes a bite from the corner of the sandwich.
