A little Border Collie puppy paid a visit to Gus Gus's stable.
Gus Gus is an adorable and very curious horse, so he didn't need any encouragement to come and say hello to his visitors.
A touching moment
While Border Collies are excellent sheepdogs and are well-known for working on farms, this was the first time this particular puppy had ever met a horse. His owner held him gently in her arms as Gus Gus approached.
Thankfully, the encounter was caught on camera. The horse began to sniff the little dog carefully. It's incredible to see that the puppy's entire body is about the same size as the horse's muzzle! The footage delightfully shows Gus gently sniffing the puppy. As for the puppy, he wasn't scared by the horse's nose at all. He simply let it happen, and the meeting went beautifully.
A perfect match
Gus's inspection lasted for quite some time, so much so that one viewer exclaimed: ”I have never seen a horse sniff a puppy for so long. It must be love.”
Another person commented that the two animals were a perfect match. Indeed, they both have black coats with a white patch on their foreheads. Without a doubt, this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship between them!
