Safe Rescue were called in to help a desperate mother cat, who had given birth in a basement.
She and her tiny baby were at risk of being thrown into the nearest dumpster, so the team didn't hesitate to rush them to safety.

River spent the first few months of her life in a public shelter, before travelling to a loving foster home in the UK.
Now around 5-months-old, this gorgeous girl will make a wonderful addition to any family.

River would love a family who can offer her plenty of company and attention, as she learns all about the world around her.
"River is not yet neutered and will be adopted with a neutering contract. She is vaccinated (including rabies), microchipped, and tested negative for FIV and FeLV", explains Safe Rescue.
