On TikTok, Jeannelle shared a moving encounter with stray puppies. Whilst driving through Long Beach, California, in the United States, the young woman spotted a puppy that had just emerged from under a bridge.
As she got closer, it wasn't one but three puppies that came towards her. The little dogs had been surviving in difficult conditions.
A delicate rescue
The young woman decided to post an initial video to get help. Local residents then tried to bring them to safety, without success.
It was finally the organisation "Legacy 29", run by Suzette Hall, that went to rescue the little puppies.
At first, the woman tried to lure the puppies with food. But after several hours, she realised her idea was getting nowhere.
It was thanks to another rescuer that the puppies were finally picked up. At the vet's, treatment was put in place to care for their eyes.
Tuxedo, Coal and Pepper were then placed with a foster family. There, the siblings came out of their shells. The three baby pups are now playing, getting cuddles and should soon be available for adoption.
