On 29 September, she revealed what her boyfriend sometimes does.
In fact, he brings some of his patients home so they don't feel alone at the clinic.
A true animal lover
Her boyfriend has been a vet for nearly five years. He loves animals so much that it breaks his heart to leave them alone, especially when they're injured. This allows him to make sure they're doing well. Of course, he always does this with the owner's permission, or if the animals don't have an owner.
In the video below, you can see an injured white cat giving Lise cuddles. He's a male cat who loves affection and is very gentle. The tom was brought to the clinic after being hit by a car and sadly, he wasn't microchipped.
A healing night
The next day, the tom returned to the clinic for further tests and is now in a shelter waiting for adoption. Lise thinks he'll be adopted soon, as he's generated a lot of interest online with over 1.1 million people watching the video.
Internet users shared their comments: "My vet does this with my rabbit; he takes her with him and even sleeps with her when she has to stay overnight. Knowing she's well cared for comforts me enormously when I have to leave her. Plus, she's not afraid of the vet and adores him." Another person said: "If I saw someone doing this with my cat, I'd be delighted to be honest that he's being loved instead of being alone in a cold room." We couldn't agree more!
