There is nothing better than coming home and being greeted by our best four-legged friend. It's not uncommon for dogs to get over excited when they see us come home. Even more so if the waiting time has been longer than usual.
An over excited dog
When this German Shepherd's owner walks through the door, the cute dog has a mind-blowing reaction. He is so excited that he can't stop jumping on his owner. So much so that he doesn't even give the little boy a chance to say hello.
The video was posted on Reddit, a social network where more than 430 million users share content every month. "The kid is smart enough to stay out of the way. He waited patiently for his turn," reads one comment on the social network.
"You have about 60 years to show love to a child, but you only have about 10 years to show it to a dog," says another user.
"Sorry kid, he's my Dad"!
Fortunately, the young child does get their turn to have a big hug with their Dad. However, it's quickly interrupted by the German Shepherd who wants another round of cuddles with his owner!
This is such a beautiful reunion, we must admit, we got a few tears in our eyes…
