Madison Ryan was completely devoted to her dog, Max. She grew up with him, and the two formed a great bond. When Max sadly crossed the rainbow bridge, young Madison was understandably distraught.
After seeing how upset she was, Madison’s parents decided to contact Max from beyond the grave to see if he’d write to Madison with some news…
A letter from beyond the rainbow bridge
The video begins with Madison’s dad handing her a letter and asking her to read aloud.
As Madison does so, we realise that the letter is from her beloved dog Max. He says how proud he is of her, how much he loved growing up alongside her, and how she was the best sister ever. He goes on to say that he’ll always be with her and he’ll never forget her, but that he’s in heaven now.
Poor Madison can barely make it through the note; she’s crying so hard, but there’s more in store…
A special surprise
At the end of the letter, Max tells Madison that he’s left a part of himself inside the house for her and asks her to “teach him everything you taught me.”
Still crying, Madison makes her way into the house and finds an adorable new puppy.
Cue even more tears – hers and ours!
