A shocking discovery
In Shawano County, Wisconsin, a couple stumbled upon a severely neglected dog. On closer inspection, the poor dog, named Sully, was dangerously underweight. Sadly, extreme emaciation was not his only problem.
Sully was found with nine gunshot wounds. He was taken immediately to a veterinary clinic to receive urgent medical care.
During his recovery, Nathan and his wife came to visit Sully. "It was hard to believe he was still alive despite all his injuries and his extreme thinness," Nathan explained.
