Without a second thought, she booked a flight and travelled around 1,000 miles to West Palm Beach, with just one goal: to meet Buster before it was too late.
She arrived first thing in the morning, ready for when the shelter doors opened. It was love at first sight in person too, and she decided to adopt Buster then and there. For the long journey home, his new mum rented a car and made sure the sweet boy was comfortable in the back, snuggled up in cosy blankets.
