Who could possibly resist this adorable ginger kitten’s face?

Earlier this year, an operation led by the American rescue organisation Tails High successfully trapped nearly 30 stray cats.

As reported by the website Love Meow, one ginger tabby immediately stood out from the rest. He snuggled up to a female cat named Recess, who cared for him as if he were her own son.

A heartbreaking discovery

This little kitten was also special for another reason: he couldn't use his back legs. A vet determined that the paralysis was due to a spinal cord injury.

An unbreakable spirit

Even though he couldn't use all his limbs, the kitten never lost his zest for life. Named Simon, the little ginger cat learned to get around by crawling and could even climb onto sofas and beds.

With the support of the rescue, vets, and his foster family, Simon was showered with love. He even received acupuncture treatments to help with his mobility.

Today, Simon is ready to find his forever family. We wish him the very best in finding one very soon.
