La Tribu de Sanka is an animal protection and education charity based in France. Recently, rescuers saved an abandoned dog in the Metz area.
This was the case for Seven, an eight-month-old female dog.
Heartless abandonment
Her family moved house and cruelly left her behind, alone on the balcony of their flat.
Seven waited patiently, hoping her family would return. She had no idea they had gone for good, leaving her to fend for herself. This abandonment could have condemned her to certain death.
A life-saving gesture
Fortunately, a neighbour heard Seven’s cries from the balcony. After considering how to help, she managed to rescue the dog and bring her to safety in her own home. She then contacted the rescuers at La Tribu de Sanka for assistance.
Despite what she had endured, Seven remained loving and affectionate. She adored people and was always eager for cuddles. She was also sociable with dogs, cats and even birds.
The rescuers shared Seven’s story on Facebook, hoping she would soon find a loving forever home.
