Pani was left paralysed due to an injury, which sadly left her unable to use her back legs properly.
Thanks to the support of her loving new home, she's made great progress with her mobility. So much so, she now practises walking in her sleep.
"Walking free"
Captioning the clip, Pani's owner explained her beloved companion's story in more detail.
"When she first came to me, her hind legs were completely stiff and atrophied, so they didn't move at all", she wrote. "Rehab has helped her regain the ability to move her hind legs, but she's never quite been able to regain the ability to hold her hips on her own".
This means Pani isn't able to stand and walk along as she might like, but once asleep, everything changes.
"When she's safe and comfy and knows she's surrounded by so much love... she dreams of walking free just like this", Sarah continued.
The sweetest scene
The clip, which shows little Pani moving her back legs as if she's walking, has touched the hearts of almost 100,000 dog lovers around the world.
"She's dreaming of walking... you gave her that", wrote one viewer.
"And I'm sobbing again. I hope she dreams of walking all the places she's seen in the day", shared another.
