Ozgun Ozturk, while commuting on a busy bridge in Turkey, spotted a flash in her peripheral vision that turned out to be a tiny kitten perilously stranded in the centre divide.
Brave rescue
Despite the daunting traffic, Ozgun managed to pull over and then braved the busy road to rescue the helpless feline.
Reflecting on the precarious situation, Ozgun remarked that the kitten “would have been crushed the moment she moved.”
Acting swiftly, she halted traffic and scooped up the exhausted kitten, who she appropriately named Miracle.
It’s a miracle!
Taking Miracle to a vet clinic, Ozgun learned that the cat had a lung infection, but fortunately, it could be treated.
Suspecting that Miracle may have been a stray seeking refuge in a parked car’s engine compartment, Ozgun resolved to find the resilient kitten a loving home.
Despite the challenges ahead, she remains optimistic about Miracle’s future, expressing confidence in finding her “a very kind family.”
