Social media and Google has lead to a drastic change in the way customers express their views about restaurants and shops they visit. Through Google Reviews, both positive and negative feedback can be left for other users.
And this is just what happened recently, when a customer left the most scathing review of the restaurant he visited.

Jesús Soriano came across the exchange between restaurant and customer, deciding to share the story on X (formerly Twitter). With 130,000 followers, the customer's review was quickly brought into discussion by the influencer.
"In the unisex bathroom there was no way to dry your hands", he began, "and cats walk between your legs indoors. This is not a restaurant, it is a zoo", he exclaimed.
"How disgusting! [...] It's completely unacceptable that cats are allowed to walk on the tables and eat off the plates. They are animals, those who want them around should take them home with them", he concluded.
The owner's response
The owner of the restaurant took the time to reply, explaining, "if you needed paper to dry your hands, you could have asked for it. And those who don't like animals have no place at our restaurant. As a client you don't even deserve one star, it's best that you stay at home".
The internet praised the owner for advocating for his feline friends as much as his business.
