Shocking discovery
An employee stumbled upon a distressing sight on the shelter’s grounds in sub-zero temperatures by pure chance. They found an elderly, overweight dog huddled in a corner near the fence, perilously close to freezing to death. How did this poor dog end up here? It’s believed that the heartless owners callously tossed her over the shelter’s high fence, abandoning her to the cruel elements.
