Oscar has come to Last Chance through no fault of his own. Oscar is so playful and affectionate but can be a little nervous of new people to begin with. To help with this Oscar would need a quiet, active home who will help him deal with his anxieties. He has had some resource guarding issues in the past so will need to be in an adult only home.
