Meet Nemo, “Nemo absolutely loves playing with hard plastic toys and can keep herself entertained with a good game of tug of war. While she shows no interest in treats she does enjoy chewing on dog bones and loves to dig, especially in soft soil. She is curious and clever and while she still struggles with fear around touch she follows us around the house and clearly wants to be close by”

Nemo is a young energetic puppy who is looking for an active family who can keep her mentally stimulated and brain busy 💞

Nemo currently lives with children aged 4+ who she is very good with however she can become overexcited and can be too boisterous with them while playing. She has mouthed and accidently scratched on occasions. Nemo can live with Confident children 10+ who understand her play style 👶

Nemo does not currently share her home with another dog, it is thought that Nemo needs another dog in the home to help with her confidence levels 🐾

Nemo lives with a cat however she can be very boisterous around her and can bark and chase her excessively. She would therefore prefer a home without another dog unless there is full separation in place 🐈

Nemo does accept a collar, harness and lead however, she is still very fearful of this. She becomes very overwhelmed with the outside world and prefers short quiet walks at the moment 🐕‍🦺

Nemo is toilet trained but is not crate trained. She has shown some destructive behaviours when she is shut into her safe place however generally does well during the day and has been left alone for 8 hours with no issues. She sleeps well overnight 💞

Nemo does walk with a slight limp, it is believed this may have been caused by a torn ligament when her mother sat on her and due to inadequate care, it has healed imperfectly. This has been seen by a vet and causes her no issues. In her home she has not shown any issues and will run and bounce around like any other puppy 🐾
