Meet Nor – The Tiniest Little Adventure Buddy

DOB: 14 February 2025 Breed:

Small crossbreed Weight: Approximately 5kg

Location: Rescue in Ayr Nor may be tiny, but this little chap has a huge personality!

He really is a tiny dot of a dog, weighing around 5kg, but what he lacks in size he certainly makes up for in charm.

Nor has a wonderful nature and is a lovely, friendly little boy. He enjoys the company of people and is great with other dogs too.

He is the sort of little dog who could fit happily into lots of different types of homes, provided his new family understands that being tiny comes with a few important considerations.

Because Nor is so small and very easy to pick up, we feel he would be best suited to a home with older, sensible children rather than young children who may be tempted to carry or manhandle him. It's all about teaching children to respect his size, giving him his own space and always supervising interactions. Small dogs can be particularly tempting for little hands!

Nor isn't currently living in a house, so we haven't been able to fully assess his house training. However, given his young age, we don't expect this to be a huge challenge and with a consistent routine and positive encouragement, he should soon get the hang of things.

We believe Nor has experienced being on a lead, but he will need some support to develop his lead skills and general training.

His new family should be prepared to give him the time and patience he needs to learn. Although he is tiny, Nor is not looking for a life spent being carried around. We would love to see him in an active home where he can get out, explore and enjoy plenty of adventures with his people.
