One of the many, many, many reasons we love dogs is that they always keep us entertained. There’s never a dull moment when you’ve got one around!
And this adorable Weim is no exception. He might not be trying to do it, but he’s making his mum’s (and a few thousand internet users’) day with his antics.
Staring contest
In the adorable video recorded by his human mum, the Weimaraner is deeply intrigued by a talking elephant plushie, presumably meant for a human child. The toy waves its ears back and forth, saying “peek-a-boo!”
In response, the dog sits perfectly still across from it, staring deeply into its eyes, ears perked and always in position to make a run for it if need be. It sure makes for a funny scene.
Big dog vs small toy
Sometimes, it’s the big dogs who struggle more to handle the most benign of situations. We’re pretty sure a Chihuahua would’ve ended the poor ellie’s life by now!
