When Andrea received a booking request for her cottage near Lake Texoma in the United States, she was deeply moved by the family's story.
A couple were taking Hazel, their beloved Boxer, on her final holiday.
A special welcome
Andrea immediately wanted to prepare a very special welcome for the senior dog and her family. Before Hazel arrived for her holiday, Andrea shared her story on Instagram. She never expected so many people to get involved by sending welcome gifts for Hazel.
On 27th May, Andrea shared a video tour of the Airbnb. It revealed a cottage filled with gifts, treats, and snacks, each one more tempting than the last (for dogs, of course!).
A five-star welcome
On the front porch, a special pushchair was waiting to help Hazel get around. Inside, there were also soft beds and cuddly toys to ensure she had a comfortable sleep.
Every room in the cottage, right down to the garden, was thoughtfully prepared for Hazel and her family. The aim was to ensure they could relax and cherish every moment of their holiday together.
These thoughtful touches are just adorable, and we're certain that Hazel and her family thoroughly enjoyed their stay at Andrea's cottage!
