These dogs will take any opportunity to splash about, whether it's in a puddle, their water bowl, or even a swimming pool.
On TikTok, user Chiefthegolden posted a video showing the family's Golden Retriever relaxing in a pool.
Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end, and the dog's owner asked him to get out of the water. But as the video explains, Chief had no intention of obeying.
A hilarious protest
Instead of returning to dry land, the magnificent dog decided to simply lounge on the pool steps. It's an attitude that has melted the hearts of over 12.5 million viewers. Many people commented on the clip, saying things like, ”Just let him stay in his pool,” and ”Chief says it's not time to get out of the water yet.”
