A difficult start in life

When they first met Rascal, he wasn't expected to make it, but they were determined to save him.
Rascal was initially rescued by a local police officer in the city. He was severely malnourished and shockingly thin.
With a great deal of patience, care, and love from his rescuers, Rascal managed to pull through.
Looking for a forever family
Today, the little dog is healthy, happy, and very affectionate. He adores people and wants nothing more than to have a lovely nap beside his humans.
At the rescue centre, he continues to draw attention to himself by pointing his chin high in the air, moving only his eyes.
No one knows exactly why he does this, but the team at the centre thinks he's doing it to get noticed and adopted by his forever family.
It's a very unique strategy, and we're sure it will pay off in the end!
