So, Spicy’s owner quickly booked an appointment with a different groomer for her beloved pet. She had no idea what a risky decision this would turn out to be – or the shocking state in which Spicy would return! The video of the result went viral in no time.

Not only was Spicy’s owner completely taken aback by the grooming appointment, but thousands of people online were equally stunned. The video of the white pup’s transformation has already racked up more than 1.98 million views and nearly 133,000 likes on TikTok.
The video first shows Spicy in his usual, fluffy, perfectly groomed state, a picture-perfect Bichon Frise. Then comes the big reveal.
Spicy returned with an almost hairless body, a wonky facial trim, and unevenly clipped ears. A patchy beard and moustache effect, along with an exaggerated curly tail, completed the bizarre transformation.
The internet wasted no time reacting. Dog lovers and TikTok users responded with a mix of humour and disbelief. One commenter joked: “This screams DIY job – as if the groomer picked up the scissors and instantly regretted it.”
